A demo was scheduled first with family and friends before I showed this Beta version to our patent attorneys who specialized in tech innovations. They still seemed confused about WHAT, EXACTLY, AdFor.US IS and IS capable of doing.

3 Pages. That’s it. AdFor.US has 3 dynamic pages that takes 30 to 60 seconds to demo. It couldn’t be more simple. But when I showed that Demo to 20 family members and friends individually, nearly every one of them gave me identical feedback.

I changed the way I presented it to them. Some- I just said “here, this is what I’ve been working on. Try it” and pushed the screen towards them. 2- 3 minutes later (without prompting) they ALL said “Its Like ‘website, app’ with ‘feature, benefit’ and vice versa. Each one of them- All gave me 4 – 10 examples of how AdFor.US has features just like some huge big money website or phone app. Twitter, Google, Angies List, GroupOn, Amazon, etc., etc.

I prompted for more feedback. Nothing.

Every time I began to explain how AdFor.US was/ is “Something Completely Different” all the testers were quick to dispel what I was saying and invariably defending their original summations.

“Ohh, so AdFor.US is a bulletin board, Like twitter” I began to discuss how social media provides a near real time, but merchants aren’t truly accessible on them except perhaps one by one and rarely for multi-locations. Which makes real relevance nearly impossible.

I’d say AdFor.US is a Proximal or only marketplace and they’d say, I can ‘ or ‘Local’ on Google or just use my App called ‘Nearby’.
My response would be these sites aren’t real time, they scrape data from other sites and you never know who’s (which Merchants link) you are actually clicking on. They’d respond with well, Amazon and Ebay are real time(kinda) and you (kinda) know who the Merchant is. I’d respond by saying, first– neither of these sites are local merchants and second, You know the merchant by their review (possibly), but it is common practice to keep the Merchants and Consumers APART from each other. This is why there is a mail relay system to keep you and the merchant in their system. This is how they make money.

They’d say well what about Groupon or Living Social? They are local AND real time! I’d respond saying that these sites are paid up front by select few merchants. They also keep the merchant out of reach of the consumer unless you join these sites. Joining these sites fills you mailboxes with irrelevant spam (in many cases from merchants up to 50 miles away). Also, and this is a biggie– Joining these sites is more opportunity for hackers to launch adware or spyware through those emails jeopardizing your data security and personal safety.

I explained that Each and All the features they mentioned on numerous other sites, stood alone within the AdFor.US Platform. This in itself should be enough to be enough to sway the marketplace away from all those near- do- well websites.

I am still writing this analysis for public view… please bare with me.
